Please note that PayPal make a charge to the Club for transactions they process so ALL payments made via PayPal incur a nominal £1 surcharge.

How do I join the Club?
You will need to complete a membership application form which is available to download here.
The completed form, along with the membership fee (cheques payable to The Northern Japanese Chin Club) should be sent to our Hon. Treasurer;

What if I don't know anyone to propose or second my application?
That is not a problem. Just contact our Hon. Secretary, explain your situation and we can organise proposers for you.
What are the benefits of membership?
Apart from becoming part of a friendly and growing Club you also get;
- The Club’s yearbook sent free of charge
- Inclusion (optional) in the Members Profiles on this web site to promote your kennel
- The right to enter our Members Limited shows
- Regular correspondence on the Club’s business and of course our show schedules
- Full voting rights at our Annual General Meeting
Will my membership be renewed automatically?
No, annual memberships will only be renewed automatically if you set up a regular payment with your bank or PayPal.
Renewals need to be paid before the end of December which will enable you to have full voting rights for the following year. Apart from making a separate payment, renewal subscriptions can be made with and at the same time as your NJCC show entry.
Are you GDPR compliant?
We are fully GDPR compliant. Your details will never be shared with third parties (except as required by law) and we only use your information to contact you for matters which are covered by the Regulations under the lawful use descriptions of “Contractural Necessity” and “Legitimate Interests”.
